About This Retreat
Home for this programme is the stunning St Michaels Spa hotel in Falmouth. This beachside resort is set in sub-tropical gardens and boasts an impressive health and wellness offering.
On this trip, you'll push further towards your fitness goals. If a sunrise circuits class on the beach sounds up your street, you'll love this escape. Our HIIT and core training sessions are high intensity, sweaty and challenging. We'll wind it down with our yoga-inspired classes to draw a balance in our training schedule. On two days of this programme, we'll head to surf and stand-up paddle boarding school to learn the basics and improve your skills.
On the last afternoon of your trip, you'll experience the hydrothermal spa with 21 massage stations, a Finnish sauna, an outdoor heated plunge pool, and cornish salt steam room.
