We're on the hunt for UK-based fitness instructors to join our growing trainer team. As an Etu Retreats Coach, you'll be a crucial part of our team, bringing your skills and energy to our retreats in Morocco and Greece.
We're looking for superstar instructors who are not just incredible trainers but also love to travel and have a zest for life. We're looking for instructors who can create exceptional in-resort experiences and deliver our signature fitness programmes with true authenticity!
As an Etu Retreats Coach, you'll receive a range of benefits, including paid initial training, return flights from London to our destinations, four-star accommodation, all-inclusive food and drinks packages, and an hourly pay rate when teaching in-resort. You'll also benefit from discounted rates for your friends and family and the option to stay longer in-resort to enjoy some leisure time after your retreat. To join our team, you'll need at least 12 months of experience in the fitness industry and be qualified to a minimum of level 2 (either ETM, PT, or gym instructor) with experience in delivering group fitness classes. You must also be able to teach all class types, including HIIT, strength, and yoga-inspired classes.
As this role involves travel, you'll need a UK or EU passport and the legal right to work in the UK or within the EU.
The application process consists of three steps:
Candidates must submit their CV, which outlines details of their fitness experience and any other relevant work.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit one short two-minute video of them instructing a class similar to one of the Workout Away signature programmes.
Successful candidates will be invited to our Live Audition Day on the 30th of July, 2023, in London.
Successful candidates will progress to our Initial Training, where you'll meet the Etu Retreats team and your fellow newbie coaches. You'll be given a rundown of our business and get to grips with our signature programs that you'll teach in-resort. You'll have the chance to ask lots of questions to get your head around your responsibilities in-resort. You'll also practice teaching and get the opportunity to receive feedback on your delivery. We want you to feel confident and excited before heading off to your first Etu Retreat, and the Initial Training day will ensure that you feel supported and prepared.
