What is the Workout Away RE.TREAT Loyalty Program?
The RE.TREAT Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal guest. It allows you to earn points with every retreat you book and redeem them for valuable discounts on future retreats.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 RE.TREAT Point for every £1 spent on any retreat. Points are automatically added to your account after each purchase.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account and apply your points during checkout to get discounts on future retreats. Points can be used with all offers and promotions.
What are the reward levels?

Bronze Reward: 1,000 points = £50 off.

Silver Reward: 1,500 points = £100 off.

Gold Reward: 2,000 points = £150 off.

Additional Redemption: 200 points = £10 off, up to £50.
Do points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from their award date. If you book a retreat within that time, your points can be used for that booking even if it’s beyond the 12-month period.
Can points be used with other offers?
Absolutely! Points can be combined with all offers and promotions. Think of your points as cash to spend however and whenever you like.
What if I forget to use my points?
Points are only redeemable during checkout. If you miss using them, they’ll remain in your account for future use as long as they haven’t expired.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your account.
Which retreats are included in the program?
The RE.TREAT Loyalty Program covers all Workout Away, Workout Away Premium, and Etu branded retreats.
What’s not included?
Points cannot be used for merchandise or add-ons. They’re only applicable for retreat bookings.
